CAREERS AT NIGHT PALM

We are building something special

Night Palm is a Los Angeles–based design studio working across high-end residential interiors and product design. Our work sits somewhere between architecture, fashion, and film—spaces that feel composed, emotional, and deeply considered. We are not interested in volume. We are not interested in trends. We care about material, proportion, restraint, and tension.Everything we do is in service of those ideas.

How We Work

  • We are a small, focused team.

  • There is no separation between concept and execution—the same people who shape the idea carry it through to construction and installation.

  • We work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and fabricators, and we expect our team to be present in that process—not removed from it.

Who This is For

  • Designers who care deeply about the work.

  • Who notice when something is off—and fix it.

  • Who are as comfortable on-site as they are in front of a screen.

  • Who want to be close to decision-making.

  • Who are looking to grow within a studio, not disappear inside one.

Who This Not For

  • Those looking for a highly structured or corporate environment.

  • Those who prefer to stay purely conceptual or purely technical.

  • Those who need constant direction.
