THE DESIGN STORY
LA Sanctuary is a historic 1920s Italian Renaissance Revival residence designed for writer and producer Mara Brock. Night Palm preserved the home’s original architectural character while introducing the family’s love of 1970s Italian and French design, layered with moments of funk, glamour and grit. Vintage furnishings, Murano lighting and a significant collection of work by Black artists give each room its own identity while maintaining a cohesive emotional rhythm throughout the house.
